About Us
We are a husband and wife team from rural Sussex who share a passion for quality ingredients, great flavour, locally sourced and produced goods and lots of fun.
Our aim is to bring to people a gin that is enjoyable and accessible – we want you to be able to taste and identify our botanicals – there are no secret ingredients here!
We source as much as we can locally or by supporting other local businesses. You’ll find our botanical supplier down the road, our english coriander is grown two villages away and our lavender comes from just across the county border in Kent. We have re-commissioned our artisan well and we draw the water in small batches so that we use every drop in our handcrafted spirits
We run our small distillery in an old outbuilding on our property and this gives us the best of both worlds between our passion for gin and our family life. We hand bottle and label all our spirits ourselves.
