Mix the Gin, Vermouth with ice in a cocktail shaker. Spoon in the syrup and stir until combined.
Strain into a martini glass and serve - Divine
Bloody Mary
This is an outstanding version of a classic morning after cocktail! Serve in a long glass with loads of ice.

10ml lemon juice
5ml olive / pickle brine
200ml tomato juice
Dash of hot sauce or a dash each of worcester sauce / tabasco to taste
Pepper and celery salt - garnish with celery stick or olives.
